What to Know About Your Booth
- Booths occupy an approximately five feet (5’) by eight feet (8’) space.
- Draped/skirted table eight feet (8’) by two feet (2’), plus two chairs.
- Materials are displayed on top of table only.
- Pop up banners and signage allowed behind table.
- Maximum banner height, eight feet (8’) and maximum banner width, eight feet (8’).
Show management reserves the right to restrict signage for safety reasons. Due to limited space on the show floor, booth backdrops that exceeding 8 ft width will not be allowed. Equipment or machinery requires show management approval.
